Reset/Unlock my University E-Mail/Wireless Account


  • Click on Reset Password
  • Under Domain User Name, enter your NDNU username

  • Under Domain Name, choose either Faculty & Staff or Student

  • Click on Continue
  • Choose your personal email, where the Verification Code will be sent to

  • If your personal email is wrong or missing, please contact NDNU Helpdesk Department
  • Open a new browser window or tab to get the Verification Code from your personal email

  • Login to your personal email, and retrieve the Verification Code

  • Go back to the Verification page and enter your Verification Code
  • Enter your new password twice

  • Click on Reset Password
