- Under Domain User Name, enter your NDNU username
- Under Domain Name, choose either Faculty & Staff or Student
- Click on Continue

- Choose your personal email, where the Verification Code will be sent to
- If your personal email is wrong or missing, please contact
NDNU Helpdesk Department

|
- Open a new browser window or tab to get the Verification Code from your personal email
- Login to your personal email, and retrieve the Verification Code
- Go back to the Verification page and enter your Verification Code
|

- Enter your new password twice
- Click on Reset Password
